2. What data we process
This website’s contact form does not send or store data on any server: it drafts an email in your own device’s mail application, which you choose whether to send. The only data we process is what you voluntarily provide us by email: your name, your email address and the content of the message you send us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to respond to your enquiry and, if you request it, to draw up and send you a service proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) or, where no clear pre-contractual relationship exists, your consent when you contact us (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
We keep the email for as long as the business conversation lasts and, if it becomes a client relationship, for as long as the service relationship exists and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial regulations. If there is no further relationship, we keep the email for a reasonable time to handle the enquiry and then delete it.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We rely on the following providers, who act as data processors, each under their own contract and their own security safeguards:
- Zoho (Zoho Corporation): hosting of the corporate email account we use to handle your enquiry.
- Vercel Inc.: hosting of this website.
Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (international transfer). In that case they rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy framework (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) as a safeguard for your information.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@redyxlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations.
7. Security and cookies
This website is served entirely over HTTPS and does not use first-party or third-party cookies, tracking or analytics. No data is stored in the user’s browser. Fonts and other resources are served from our own domain, so your IP address is not shared with external services while browsing this website.
8. Changes to this policy
If in the future we introduce new contact or communication tools (for example, a form that does store data, or an email newsletter), we will update this policy before activating them and will indicate this with a new update date on this same page.
